Resumen

Este consenso estandariza el diagnóstico y la atención de pacientes con trombofilias, que aumentan el riesgo de enfermedad tromboembólica venosa. Guía cuándo y cómo realizar pruebas para estas afecciones, asegurando que se siga la medicina basada en la evidencia.

Sus antecedentes:

Las trombofilias, factores que aumentan el riesgo de enfermedad tromboembólica venosa, requieren protocolos estandarizados de diagnóstico y atención.
Las pruebas de diagnóstico existentes para trombofilias están ampliamente disponibles pero carecen de recomendaciones unificadas en la República Checa.

Objetivo del estudio:

Establecer directrices basadas en la evidencia para el diagnóstico y manejo de trombofilias congénitas y adquiridas.
Estandarizar la atención al paciente definiendo circunstancias de prueba apropiadas, situaciones clínicas, selección de pacientes y utilización de pruebas.

Principales métodos:

Consenso interdisciplinario que involucra a cuatro sociedades médicas.
Desarrollo de recomendaciones basadas en principios de medicina basada en la evidencia.

El consenso describe criterios específicos para la investigación de trombofilias.
