Abstract:
As the most prevalent sleep-related breathing disorder, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has seen substantial advances over the past year. Based on key publications from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, this review focuses on critical aspects of OSA, including diagnosis and assessment, therapeutic strategies, management in special populations, and recent national consensus statements. The aim is to promote precise phenotyping and individualized treatment for OSA.
