Resumen
Las personas mayores con esclerosis múltiple remitente-recurrente (EM-ER) muestran una mayor atrofia cerebral basal pero tasas de atrofia más lentas con el tiempo. La edad influye significativamente en los cambios del volumen cerebral en los ensayos clínicos de EM-ER.
