Área de la Ciencia:
- Dermatology; Clinical Pharmacology
Sus antecedentes:

- To assess the effectiveness of combined on-label and off-label therapies compared to standard care.
Principales métodos:
- Retrospective analysis of 5072 patient records from Northern Poland (2014-2024).
- Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and/or psoriasis.
Principales resultados:
- 62.5% of atopic dermatitis patients and 25.7% of psoriasis patients received off-label treatment.

Conclusiones:
- Off-label treatment is prevalent and effective for atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.
- Real-world evidence supports evidence-based implementation of off-label therapies in clinical practice.
