Sus antecedentes:

  • La definición de remisión en la dermatitis atópica (DA) es un desafío debido a criterios y puntos finales inconsistentes.
  • Los métodos actuales a menudo confunden el control de la enfermedad con la remisión verdadera y carecen de evaluaciones multidominio.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Proponer un espectro funcional de respuesta al tratamiento en la DA, que va desde la no respuesta hasta la remisión completa sin tratamiento.
  • Integrar las dimensiones clínicas, informadas por el paciente y inmunológicas para una evaluación integral.
  • Mejorar la aplicabilidad práctica de las definiciones de remisión para el diseño de ensayos clínicos.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de los enfoques actuales para definir la remisión en la dermatitis atópica.
  • Propuesta de un marco novedoso para un espectro funcional de respuesta al tratamiento.
