Resumen
Un raro caso de sangrado de páncreas gástrico aberrante fue diagnosticado mediante endoscopia y citología. La cirugía laparoscópica extirpó con éxito el tumor, resolviendo el sangrado y la anemia.

- Los hallazgos endoscópicos revelaron un tumor submucoso sangrante en el estómago.
- La cirugía laparoscópica logró la resección completa del páncreas aberrante (Heinrich tipo I).
