Resumen

Los remeros de élite adaptan la variabilidad del movimiento (MV) con la velocidad de carrera para mantener la potencia. Un MV más alto en la aceleración del mango y los ángulos de las articulaciones a tasas de carrera más bajas se correlaciona con un mejor rendimiento de remo.

Sus antecedentes:

  • La variabilidad del movimiento (MV) es crucial para adaptarse a las diferentes demandas físicas.
  • Comprender el papel de MV en la técnica de remo es esencial para la optimización del rendimiento.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para investigar cómo las diferentes tasas de ictus influyen en la variabilidad del movimiento en remeros de élite.
  • Para determinar la relación entre la variabilidad del movimiento y el rendimiento de remo.

Principales métodos:

  • Veintiún remeros masculinos de élite realizaron combates de remo a 20, 26 y 34 golpes por minuto (spm).
  • Los sensores inerciales midieron la aceleración y los ángulos de las articulaciones para cuantificar la MV utilizando la Entropía de la Muestra.
  • Una contrarreloj de 2000 m evaluó el rendimiento general de remo.

Principales resultados:

  • El aumento de la frecuencia del golpe elevó significativamente la variabilidad del movimiento en varias medidas, incluida la aceleración del mango y los ángulos múltiples de las articulaciones.
  • La articulación de la cadera mostró consistentemente una mayor entropía de la muestra (variabilidad) en comparación con otras articulaciones.
  • Una mayor variabilidad en la aceleración del mango y los ángulos de rodilla / codo a menores velocidades de carrera (20 y 26 spm) se asoció con un mejor rendimiento del ergómetro.

Conclusiones:

  • La velocidad de golpe es un factor clave en la modulación de la variabilidad del movimiento y la técnica en los remeros de élite.
  • Las tasas de golpe más altas requieren una mayor adaptación del movimiento para mantener la potencia del golpe.
  • Las medidas de entropía ofrecen un método valioso para evaluar y mejorar el rendimiento de remo.
