Sus antecedentes:

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Proponer y desarrollar una plataforma de gestión de video quirúrgico digital basada en la nube.
  • Establecer un ecosistema integral de datos quirúrgicos digitales que integre arquitectura en la nube y tecnologías inteligentes.
  • Para superar las limitaciones tradicionales en la gestión y el procesamiento de datos de video quirúrgico.

Principales métodos:

  • Desarrolló una plataforma basada en la nube que integra los sistemas quirúrgicos hospitalarios con el despliegue unificado de clientes en quirófanos.
  • Implementado el procesamiento normalizado de señales audiovisuales que soporta el procesamiento paralelo de vídeos de alta definición de 8 canales.
  • Utilizó una estrategia de almacenamiento por niveles e incorporó la colaboración entre plataformas para la minería de datos científicos.
  • Herramientas integradas de edición de video incorporadas, incluida la sincronización de la línea de tiempo, el cambio de diseño dinámico y la anotación de subtítulos.

Principales resultados:

  • Logró una tasa de almacenamiento de video en línea del 85,3% después de la implementación.
  • El 72,8% de los videos almacenados se sometió a edición en línea, lo que facilita la creación eficiente de contenido educativo.
  • Permitió la correlación dinámica de las imágenes intraoperatorias con los datos de monitoreo para revisiones postoperatorias.
  • Optimización demostrada de los flujos de trabajo del procedimiento y fortalecimiento del control de calidad quirúrgico.

Conclusiones:

  • La plataforma proporciona una plantilla técnica replicable para la construcción de hospitales inteligentes.
  • Sirve como infraestructura crítica para la homogeneización de los recursos de atención médica y la transformación digital en cirugía.
  • El sistema reduce significativamente la complejidad operativa para el personal médico, mejorando la eficiencia y la calidad.
