- Las pacientes guiadas por ARX experimentaron una menor duración de la hipotensión (0,8 frente a 3,0 min; P=0,005) y una menor incidencia (25,0% frente a 52,5%; P=0,033).
- La atención guiada por ARX se asoció con una mayor dosis de fenilefrina (1823 frente a 974 µg; P=0,001) y una menor náusea materna (5% frente a 35%; P=0,014).
Conclusiones:
- Un algoritmo de soporte de decisión ARX demostró una predicción precisa de la MAP en tiempo real durante la anestesia espinal para la cesárea.
- El manejo guiado por ARX se asoció con una reducción de la duración y la incidencia de la hipotensión.
