Resumen
El ADN microbiano genuino en los tejidos humanos tiene fragmentos largos, a diferencia del ADN contaminante corto. Una nueva métrica, Median Length-Adjusted (Median(L)adj), ayuda a distinguir los microbiomas reales de la contaminación en muestras de bajo biomarcador.
