Resumen
Una nueva herramienta de cribado digital identificó eficazmente las necesidades de atención de apoyo de los pacientes con cáncer, permitiendo derivaciones directas y manteniendo las tasas de cribado. El trabajo futuro abordará las barreras de acceso digital para una atención equitativa.

- Un equipo interdisciplinario desarrolló un cuestionario digital de 14 ítems utilizando instrumentos validados.
- Los pacientes accedieron a la herramienta a través de códigos QR, con resultados transferidos automáticamente al sistema de información hospitalario.
- Las solicitudes de atención de apoyo (SCR) se generaron automáticamente basándose en los resultados del cribado.
Principales resultados:
- Se analizaron más de 4.900 cuestionarios válidos, generando 3.324 SCR.
- El cribado digital identificó necesidades en el 22,4% para psicooncología, el 18,7% para nutrición y el 27,6% para cuidados paliativos.
- Las tasas de cribado se mantuvieron o mejoraron ligeramente en comparación con métodos anteriores.
Conclusiones:
- La implementación del cribado digital de atención de apoyo es factible y eficaz en un Centro Integral de Cáncer (CCC).
- Abordar las barreras de acceso digital es esencial para una prestación equitativa de la atención de apoyo.
