  • Identificar las necesidades de los profesionales para los programas de capacitación de profesionales de datos de salud.
  • Informar el desarrollo de futuros planes de estudio en este campo.

Principales métodos:

  • Se administró una encuesta en línea a 67 profesionales de datos de salud.
  • Los datos se analizaron utilizando SPSS versión 27.0.

Principales resultados:

  • La seguridad y la privacidad fueron las principales preocupaciones para el 49,3% de los participantes.
  • El 34,3% identificó el análisis y la utilización de datos de salud como un área clave para la mejora.
  • Se observó una gran demanda de educación en gobernanza, ética de la investigación y procesos de revisión de datos.

Conclusiones:

  • La capacitación debe estar orientada a la práctica, combinando la teoría con la experiencia práctica.
  • Los planes de estudio deben incluir educación avanzada sobre juntas institucionales y de revisión de datos.
  • Los programas interdisciplinarios basados en competencias básicas son esenciales para una capacitación efectiva.
