  • Esta heterogeneidad impulsa una reevaluación de la EM como una entidad única frente a un espectro de afecciones relacionadas.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Explorar la hipótesis de que la esclerosis múltiple no es una entidad de enfermedad única.
  • Investigar si la EM debe conceptualizarse como una entidad sindrómica que abarca diversos procesos inmunopatológicos.
  • Integrar la evidencia de fenotipos clínicos, patrones radiológicos y mecanismos neuroinmunopatogénicos.
