Resumen
La vitamina D desempeña un papel vital en la salud general, afectando la salud ósea y de la piel. Mantener niveles óptimos de vitamina D es crucial debido a sus amplios beneficios.

Sus antecedentes:
- La vitamina D, la "vitamina del sol", se sintetiza en la piel a través de la exposición al sol o se obtiene a través de la dieta y los suplementos.
