Resumen

Los protocolos de RM de realce tardío con gadolinio (LGE) acelerados con cortes simultáneos (SMS), corregidos por movimiento y promediados en respiración libre (FB PSIR-MoCo LGE) reducen el tiempo de escaneo a la mitad. Este método mantuvo una excelente concordancia para la evaluación de la cicatriz miocárdica con un impacto mínimo en la calidad de la imagen.
