La agenesia congénita de la vesícula biliar es difícil de diagnosticar, lo que a menudo conduce a cirugías innecesarias. La resonancia magnética (RM) es crucial para un diagnóstico preciso, previniendo la intervención quirúrgica en casos de agenesia de la vesícula biliar.
