Resumen
Las biorrefinerías microbianas que utilizan Zymomonas mobilis se enfrentan a desafíos por los inhibidores del hidrolizado de biomasa. Las simulaciones de dinámica molecular revelan que estos compuestos alteran la membrana de Z. mobilis, afectando la producción de biocombustibles y guiando la ingeniería de cepas para una mejor tolerancia.
