Este estudio desarrolló un sistema de liberación controlada de beta-sitosterol (βsit) utilizando tecnología de fluidos supercríticos. El proceso micronizó con éxito βsit con policaprolactona, mejorando su potencial para aplicaciones nutracéuticas.
