Resumen

La prueba de estimulación con hormona liberadora de corticotropina (CRH) ayuda a diagnosticar la deficiencia de hormona adrenocorticotrópica (ACTH). Un nivel de cortisol sérico a los 30 minutos post-CRH de 12,6 µg/dL es un punto de corte confiable para identificar la deficiencia de ACTH.
