Resumen

El uso de la terapia hormonal menopáusica (THM) no se asoció con un mayor riesgo de mortalidad por todas las causas en un gran estudio de cohortes danés. Los hallazgos sugieren que la THM es segura en cuanto a la mortalidad general, incluso con el uso a largo plazo.
