CD38 impulsa la inmunosupresión en el microambiente tumoral al alterar el metabolismo de las células T y promover la supervivencia de las células reguladoras. La focalización de CD38 puede revertir la inmunosupresión y mejorar la eficacia de la inmunoterapia contra el cáncer.
