Resumen
La gastrectomía en manga redujo significativamente el peso en un 28,8% a los cinco años de la cirugía en pacientes obesos. Una mayor masa grasa preoperatoria y puntuaciones de depresión se correlacionaron con una menor pérdida de peso excesivo después de la cirugía bariátrica.
