Resumen
La fiebre amarilla (FA) causa hepatitis grave, pero este estudio encontró una patología significativa del tracto respiratorio en casos fatales. Las autopsias revelaron daño pulmonar generalizado, edema e infecciones secundarias, lo que resalta la importancia de la monitorización respiratoria en la FA.
