In order to produce glucose, plants need to capture sufficient light energy. Many modern plants have evolved leaves specialized for light acquisition. Leaves can be only millimeters in width or tens of meters wide, depending on the environment. Due to competition for sunlight, evolution has driven the evolution of increasingly larger leaves and taller plants, to avoid shading by their neighbors with contaminant elaboration of root architecture and mechanisms to transport water and nutrients.

    Este estudio introduce un algoritmo de imágenes de fase cuantitativa rápido y de pocos disparos utilizando una StarNet. ligera. Se logra la reconstrucción de fase en tiempo real a escala de milisegundos, incluso con bajas relaciones señal-ruido y perturbaciones de fase.

    Sus antecedentes:

    • La imagen de fase cuantitativa (QPI) es vital para el monitoreo ambiental y el análisis de la turbulencia atmosférica.
    • Los métodos actuales de aprendizaje profundo QPI luchan con altos costos computacionales y grandes conjuntos de datos, lo que dificulta las aplicaciones en tiempo real.
    • El procesamiento a escala de milisegundos es esencial para las demandantes aplicaciones de QPI.

    Objetivo del estudio:

    • Desarrollar un algoritmo de imágenes de fase cuantitativa en tiempo real de pocos disparos.
    • Para superar las limitaciones de la complejidad computacional y los requisitos de datos en los métodos QPI de aprendizaje profundo existentes.
    • Para permitir una reconstrucción de fase eficiente y confiable en escenarios de escasez de datos.

    Principales métodos:

    • Propuso un algoritmo de imágenes de fase cuantitativa en tiempo real de algunas tomas.
    • Se introdujo una nueva y ligera arquitectura StarNet para una eficiente extracción de características y expansión dimensional.
    • Centrado en reducir la sobrecarga computacional para el procesamiento a escala de milisegundos.

    Principales resultados:

    • Se logró la reconstrucción de fase a escala de milisegundos por cuadro.
    • Demostró un rendimiento efectivo incluso con bajas relaciones señal-ruido.
    • Demostró robustez contra diversas perturbaciones de fase aleatorias.
    • Validación de la eficiencia del algoritmo en entornos con escasez de datos.

    Conclusiones:

    • El algoritmo desarrollado reduce significativamente la sobrecarga computacional para el QPI en tiempo real.
    • Permite el despliegue práctico de la tecnología QPI en tiempo real.
    • Ofrece una solución eficiente y confiable para problemas de imagen inversa multi-cuadro con datos limitados.
