Este reporte de caso detalla un neurofibroma plexiforme (PNF) inusual en un paciente con neurofibromatosis tipo 1 (NF1), que presenta grandes comedones. Esta rara manifestación dermatológica resalta la necesidad de concienciación sobre las manifestaciones atípicas de la NF1.
