Resumen
La infección por el VIH-1 aumenta miR-422a, un microARN que aumenta la replicación viral al dirigirse a MECP2.2. El interferón alfa (IFNα) normalmente reduce la miR-422a, pero el VIH-1 lo subvierte. La manipulación de la vía Nef-miR-422a-IFNα puede controlar el VIH-1.
