Resumen
El uso de herramientas a corto plazo no cambia significativamente el esquema corporal o la distancia de alcance percibida en los grupos de edad. La exposición breve puede ser insuficiente para adaptaciones sensoriomotoras duraderas, a diferencia del entrenamiento más prolongado.
Conclusiones:
- El entrenamiento de uso de herramientas a corto plazo no altera significativamente la percepción de la distancia táctil o la distancia de alcance percibida en todos los grupos de edad.
- La exposición breve al uso de herramientas parece ser insuficiente para inducir adaptaciones sensoriomotoras duraderas.
- La integración fundamental de las herramientas en la representación corporal puede permanecer estable a lo largo del ciclo de vida, a pesar de las diferencias relacionadas con la edad en la competencia.
