Resumen

Los organoides cerebrales demuestran aprendizaje dirigido a objetivos a través de la plasticidad neuronal impulsada por retroalimentación. El aprendizaje por refuerzo mejoró el rendimiento, pero la plasticidad requirió una transmisión glutamatérgica intacta, lo que sugiere potencial para la rehabilitación neuronal.
