Resumen

Los investigadores desarrollaron una nueva herramienta para visualizar y medir la dinámica del fosfatidilinositol 4-fosfato (PI4P) en células. Este método utiliza la sonda ORP9-PH para obtener imágenes de alto contraste de PI4P en diversas membranas celulares.
