Este estudio explora la transición de un paciente con dermatomiositis (DM) de IVIG a tofacitinib para un mejor control de la enfermedad. El tofacitinib puede mejorar la actividad cutánea refractaria, revertir la calcinosis y reducir las comorbilidades en la DM.
