  • Comparar el rendimiento de los LLM con las anotaciones manuales utilizando un conjunto de datos retrospectivo.
  • Evaluar el potencial de los LLM para reducir la carga de trabajo clínica y la variabilidad entre evaluadores.

Conclusiones:

  • Los LLM de código abierto muestran una promesa significativa para automatizar la extracción y concordancia de características de nódulos tiroideos a partir de informes clínicos.
  • La integración de LLM en los flujos de trabajo clínicos puede disminuir sustancialmente la carga de trabajo del médico y mejorar la consistencia.
  • La automatización impulsada por LLM mantiene una alta precisión, lo que apoya las decisiones informadas de manejo del paciente para los nódulos tiroideos.
