Resumen
La activación aberrante de neuronas hipotalámicas específicas causa síntomas de anorexia nerviosa (AN) en un modelo animal. La liberación mejorada de factor neurotrófico derivado del cerebro (BDNF) y glutamato de las neuronas SF1/ERa subyace a esta afección.

- La mejora aberrante de BDNF y la posterior liberación de glutamato de las neuronas SF1/ERa en el HBM representan una base neural clave para la AN.
- Este estudio proporciona un modelo animal novedoso para la investigación de la AN.
