Los modelos de lenguaje grandes (LLM) muestran un potencial significativo para automatizar la codificación médica, específicamente la asignación de códigos de la Clasificación Internacional de Atención Primaria, 2ª edición (ICPC-2). Los LLM con mejor rendimiento lograron una alta precisión, lo que demuestra una vía prometedora para una gestión eficiente de los datos de atención médica.
