  • Examinar la relación entre el rendimiento de AS y MGS en estos grupos.

Principales métodos:

  • Pruebas oculomotoras utilizando el rastreador ocular EyeLink 1000+.
  • Registro de antisacádicos (AS) y movimientos oculares guiados por memoria (MGS) en 65 participantes con TDAH y 74 controles neurotípicos (edades de 9,1 a 17,3 años).

Principales resultados:

  • Los participantes con TDAH exhibieron MGS menos precisos con una precisión espacial reducida.
  • Se observó una tendencia hacia AS menos precisos en el grupo con TDAH, con una precisión espacial normal.
  • Se encontraron correlaciones significativas entre las precisiones espaciales de AS y MGS tanto en el grupo de control como en el grupo con TDAH.

Conclusiones:

  • El almacenamiento de información espacial en la memoria de trabajo, esencial para los MGS, parece alterado en el TDAH.
  • El procesamiento de información espacial, requerido para los AS, permanece en gran medida intacto en el TDAH.
  • La relación entre el almacenamiento y el procesamiento de la memoria de trabajo está intacta en el TDAH, a pesar de los déficits de almacenamiento.
