Resumen

El trasplante alogénico de células madre hematopoyéticas (ta-CMH) ofrece resultados favorables para pacientes pediátricos con leucemia aguda de fenotipo mixto (LAM-FM) en remisión. Este tratamiento mejora significativamente la supervivencia y la supervivencia libre de eventos en comparación con la quimioterapia.
