Detergents are used to purify the integral proteins of the membrane. The hydrophobic portion of the detergent can replace membrane phospholipids while solubilizing the membrane proteins. Sus antecedentes:

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Desarrollar un método ultralimpio para el autoensamblaje masivo de microobjetos utilizando microburbujas submarinas.
  • Permitir la transferencia sin residuos y preservar la integridad de los microobjetos durante el patrón.
  • Investigar la biocompatibilidad y la física subyacente de esta novedosa técnica de ensamblaje.

Principales métodos:

  • Generación de una red de microburbujas submarinas en una superficie con mojabilidad contrastante.
