    Resumen

    Desarrollamos la correlación de predicción de ventana deslizante (SWpC) para revelar la conectividad cerebral dirigida y variable en el tiempo, ofreciendo información sobre el flujo de información. SWpC mejora los métodos tradicionales al capturar interacciones direccionales para una mejor comprensión de la función cerebral y los trastornos.

    Conclusiones:

    • SWpC proporciona patrones de conectividad dirigida en tiempo real biológicamente interpretables.
    • El método se valida en entornos de neuroimagen multimodal y clínicos, apoyando la neurociencia básica y traslacional.
    • SWpC ofrece un avance significativo para el estudio de las redes cerebrales dinámicas y su papel en la función y la disfunción.
