Resumen
Este estudio presenta un algoritmo de filtro de Kalman extendido adaptativo (AEKF) para la detección precisa de eventos de aórtica (AO) y cierre de la válvula aórtica (AC) en señales de sismocardiografía (SCG). El novedoso método mejora la monitorización de enfermedades cardiovasculares analizando con precisión los datos de SCG, incluso durante el ejercicio.
