Sus antecedentes:

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Investigar si los cuidadores seleccionan información para llenar las lagunas de conocimiento de los niños en las asociaciones objeto-etiqueta.
  • Examinar el impacto de la información solicitada por el cuidador en la retención de etiquetas de los niños.
  • Evaluar si los niños buscan activamente información para llenar sus propias lagunas de conocimiento.

Principales métodos:

  • El estudio involucró a cuidadores y a sus hijos de 4 a 5,5 años.
  • Se examinó el muestreo de información para llenar las lagunas de conocimiento en las asociaciones objeto-etiqueta.

  • El aprendizaje social, en particular la guía del cuidador, mejora significativamente el aprendizaje y la memoria en la primera infancia.
  • Los hallazgos respaldan la 'suposición pedagógica' sobre la eficacia de los cuidadores en la transmisión del conocimiento.
