Resumen
La concepción post mortem presenta desafíos éticos. Los testamentos reproductivos pueden extender la autonomía reproductiva más allá de la muerte, respetando los deseos de los individuos y apoyando a las parejas sobrevivientes.
Sus antecedentes:
- Los avances en las tecnologías de reproducción asistida (TRA) plantean complejos problemas éticos y legales.
- Los marcos legales actuales abordan de manera inadecuada la concepción post mortem y las necesidades de las parejas sobrevivientes.
- Las políticas existentes, como los límites de tiempo para el uso de esperma criopreservado, crean lagunas significativas.
Conclusiones:
- La autonomía reproductiva debe abarcar las intenciones post mortem.
- Los testamentos reproductivos son esenciales para navegar por las complejidades de la concepción post mortem.
