Resumen

Las comparaciones anteriores de la seguridad del aborto pueden ser erróneas. Este estudio encontró que los datos de mortalidad por aborto son más completos que los datos de parto, lo que sugiere que los riesgos de aborto están sobreestimados en relación con los riesgos de parto.
