Resumen
Los linfocitos T citotóxicos (CTL) eliminan las células diana a través de dos vías principales: la lisis mediada por perforina y la apoptosis mediada por Fas. Ambas vías citotóxicas de los linfocitos T inducen en última instancia la muerte de las células diana, a pesar de los distintos mecanismos.
