El ARN del virus del mosaico amarillo del nabo forma una estructura similar al ARN de transferencia a través de la formación de pseudonodos. La resonancia magnética nuclear reveló interacciones de bucle intrincado y movilidad interna en esta estructura de ARN, impactando la unión a las proteínas.
