- PI-3-Pレベルはわずかに上昇し,PI-3,4-P2とPIP3はミトゲン添加後にのみ現れる.
結論:
- 特定されたリピドキナーゼ活性と新たなフォスフォリピド産物 (PI-3,4-P2,PIP3) は,PDGF刺激によるSMCと強く関連しています.
- これらのリンパ脂は,PDGFのミトゲン反応の媒介者である可能性が高い.
