- 24カ国の202の医療センターで実施されたランダム化,オープンフェーズ2/3試験です.
- 以前治療を受けたNSCLCおよびPD- L1発現 (腫瘍細胞の≥1%) を有する1034人の患者は,ペムブロリズマブ (2 mg/ kgまたは10 mg/ kg) またはドセタキセル (75 mg/ m2) を3週間ごとにランダムに投与された.
- 主なエンドポイントは,全患者とPD- L1発現率が高い患者 (≥50%の腫瘍細胞) のOSとPFSでした.
