- 健康なドナーT細胞は 57の予測された新抗原エピトープのうち11を認識しました
- 多くの認識されたエピトープは 患者の自身の腫瘍浸透性リンパ球によって標的とされていなかった.
- ドナーのT細胞からのTCRで設計されたT細胞は,関連する変異を持つ患者のメラノーマ細胞を効率的に認識し,標的とした.
結論:
- 健康なドナーのナイヴT細胞は,ネオアンチゲン特異のT細胞の貴重な供給源である.
- これらの"外部からの"免疫反応は 癌細胞を効果的に標的にすることができます
- このアプローチは,がんの免疫療法の有効性を高めるための有望な戦略です.
