    Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) は,白血病などの骨髄増殖性疾患とますます関連しています. 急性骨髄芽細胞性白血病によるPGの2つの新しい症例は,診断を遅らせることができるブレーを含む非典型的なプレゼンテーションを強調しています.
