- 一般的な症状は上呼吸道症状 (67%),胃腸症状 (34%),呼吸困難 (12%) でした.
- 患者の72%は抗生物質治療を受け,19%は腰椎穴を刺さなければなりませんでした
結論:
- 乳児におけるアデノウイルス感染症は,セプシスのような症状を呈し,不必要な介入と抗生物質の使用につながる可能性があります.
- 迅速で敏感なアデノウイルス検出方法は,臨床研究室での正確な診断と適切な治療決定に不可欠です.
