多発性骨髄腫患者のビスフォスフォナート治療は,病理的な骨折や骨格障害を大幅に軽減します. 直接的な分析では死亡率の改善は見られなかったが,ネットワーク分析ではゾレドナートが死亡率のリスクを低下させることが示唆された.
