  • 患者はランダムにカテーテル除去 (肺静脈分離) または標準的な薬物療法に割り当てられました.
  • QOLはAFEQTとMAFSIスコアを使用して12ヶ月で評価されました.

主要な成果:

  • カテーテル除去により,薬剤療法と比較して,AFEQTの要約スコア (86. 4対80. 9) が著しく高かった.
  • また,アブレーション群では,MAFSIの頻度 (6. 4 対 8. 1) と重症度 (5. 0 対 6. 5) が著しく低下した.
  • これらの差異は,アブレーション群の臨床的に重要なQOLの改善を表しています.

結論:

  • カテーテル切除は,医学療法と比較して,症状のあるAF患者の臨床的に重要で有意なQOL改善をもたらします.
